  • Won pitches for De Beers (360 — social + CRM + ECMP revamp, multi-region cross-team), Wynn Resorts (360 China digital — WeChat / Weibo / Douyin / RED / Video Account / Dianping / Instagram, plus F&B creative upsell), Fear of God (social retainer 0→1 + branding strategy, Tmall flow with Baozun), Dior Fashion (campaign mini-programs — Christmas / Holiday / CNY).
  • Project Skynet — led DLG's AI transformation 0→1: 30+ AI use cases tested, 50-person agency-wide enablement, 5+ tools productised (AI Brief Generator, Content Calendar platform, Gemini-based AI Studio, Prompt Library, Decision Dashboard), now embedded in pitch / social retainer / CRM / mini-program / campaign delivery.

  • Delta Airlines / Fotile — digital strategy, campaign & media, social retainer, KOL comms, SCRM and mini-program strategy. Built Delta's livestream + early KOL matrix, official restaurant partnerships; deep creative collaboration with Fotile and 0→1 build of Fotile membership mini-program.

  • Tourism New Zealand — airline cooperation campaigns, 'Where Are We Going, Dad?' (爸爸去哪儿) campaign integration, media promotion. Multiple TNZ cooperation campaigns launched and account execution completed; built early social-strategy and client-execution foundation that informed later digital business management and brand strategy work.
